The Contractor shall mill down, clean and prep the lot for paving. 1.2.2.1 Paving shall be done in two lifts: 1.5” of level binder and 1.5” of surface material. 1.2.2.2 All restriping, numbering and ADA signage shall also be included. 1.2.2.3 The Contractor shall use a tack or primer before the new asphalt is laid down. 1.2.2.4 The Contractor shall be responsible for all traffic signage and safety barricades needing during repairs. 1.2.2.5 Striping plan will be distributed at mandatory Pre Construction meeting and posted on BidBuy. The Contractor is responsible to be within compliance of all applicable Building Codes. Work shall be executed in accordance with the fixed, unit price, project schedule, and applicable codes. Contractor is responsible for procuring and scheduling all location services if required. Contractor’s work is to be performed during normal business hours: 7:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Any work done outside of these hours shall not be permitted except as arranged in advance with the Secretary of State’s Office.
