A. This project includes four project scopes. Bids are to be prepared and submitted as follows: • Scope A – MAC Room 275 Photography Classroom • Scope B – MAC Room 276 Photography Studio Lights • Scope C – MAC Room 280 Photography Casework • Scope D – MAC Room 282 Photography Combine Lab Spaces • Grand Total of four individually priced scopes combined. B. The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest Grand Bid Total for all four projects. Pricing for Scopes A, B, C, & D must be broken out individually in bid submissions. C. All bidders must carry an allowance of $35,000 in the final Bid Total amount. D. Vendor will be responsible for all work as indicated on Lamar Johnson Collaborative architectural drawings “MAC Photography FY26 Projects” dated 11/5/2025 and 11/12/2025 (Attachments C, D, E, and F). E. Accounting – Invoices to be scope specific regarding Scopes A through D. Since this project is to be budgeted, invoiced and paid out via the four individual scopes, please prepare any questions prior to bidding. An invoice combining work on multiple scopes will be rejected.
