Tent Quantity, Size, & Type: Twenty (20) tents with a minimum size of 10' x 10' each OR a maximum of ten (10) tents measuring 10' x 20'. Tents shall be commercial-grade, weather-resistant, and suitable for usage in outdoor environments. Each tent shall have the capability of being connected to other tents to create a larger conducive space if needed. Weights, minimum of 10 lbs. per sq. ft. in concrete ballast, shall be utilized for each tent to ensure stability and safety in windy conditions. Standards and Compliance: All tents shall comply with local ordinances and safety requirements. All tents shall meet the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards for temporary structures. All materials used for the tents shall be flame retardant and compliant with NFPA 701 (National Fire Protection Association). All tents, weights, and associated equipment shall arrive in good condition, free from damage, or defects.
