Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority is in need of the services of a knowledgeable, United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") trained technicalservice provider (the "Trainer") to lead implementation trainings for recipients receiving monies through the Authority's HOME Investment Partnershipprograms. The Trainer must be able to explain processes and procedures that will meet HUD's multiple compliance requirements and to enable therecipients to implement the HUD funded programs in a timely and appropriate manner. The Trainer must have national experience and be currentwith HUD regulations and guidance for the HOME program. The training coordinator is expected to supply implementation manuals for the trainingsessions
