Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Office of Disease Control (ODC) HIV Section requires a three-year sole source contract with Groupware Technologies, Inc. for the continued licensing, maintenance, and support of the Provide Enterprise® software platform. This system is a highly customized, mission-critical case management and grant management database used exclusively by the HIV Section and its subrecipient grantees to administer HIV prevention, Ryan White Care, and HIV surveillance programs across the State of Illinois. This contract has a three-year term, includes all necessary custom programming, report writing, software maintenance, and secure hosting.
