Printing Method: Offset Lithography 5. Paper: Choice of 80# enamel double-coated or matte finish. 6. End sheets: Plain white 85# cover weight, smooth Vellum Bristol stock. 7. Cover: School design silk screened cover, with choice of base vinyl fabrikoid material, one graining operation, one embossing operation, and one color applied. Design area to include front, spine, and back cover. Cover to be turned over 160 pt. binders’ board; pasted chipboard is NOT acceptable. Printer is to prepare full cover proof prior to production. 8. Art Work: Art work is to include the cost to reproduce school prepared art work, including transfer lettering, if submitted exact size (by school). Artwork will not exceed one (1) hour. 9. Proofs: School requires that proofs be sent on all pages. These are to include all photographs cropped and enlarged or reduced, all type, headlines, and art work. All elements are to be in the exact location as indicated by the school. School may have the choice of traditional page proofs, on-line proofs, or proofs on disk at no additional surcharge. All type corrections, moving of photos, replacement of photo by school at no charge for electronic proofs. No charge for digital proof changes. Cost includes the cost per page. 10. Binding: Books are to be sewn into 16-page signatures and pre-stretched nylon thread. Bound signatures shall be rounded, backed, and reinforced with heavy weight binders. Super cloth, cheese cloth, and other similar materials are not acceptable.
