The purpose of Amendment One (0001) is to update Clauses to comply with Class Deviation 2025-O0003-Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts.
All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
Solicitation W911SA-25-Q-A070 will be issued on Tuesday, 25 February 2025, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This
requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at three (3) locations in Illinois (IL035 Forest Lake; IL068 Machesney Park; IL131 Fort Sheridan). The performance period is 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.
Quotes shall be emailed to kayla.j.christian.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on
the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an
Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation
closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.
