Specifications include, but are not limited to:Generally, services the awardee(s) will provide include, but may not be limited to: 1. Standard Landscape Maintenance Services (Grant Park and Museum Campus) a. Standard landscape maintenance operations are broken out into the following categories of seasonal work: 1) Spring clean-up and site preparation 2) On-going maintenance 3) Fall maintenance, clean-up and winterization 4) Winter maintenance b. Standard landscape maintenance operations are to be performed on the following landscapes and landscape elements: 1) Standard plant material and/or planting beds a) Herbaceous plant material, including annuals, bulbs, perennials, herbaceous vines and herbaceous groundcover b) Floral display urns (planters) – Museum Campus ONLY c) Woody plant material, including trees, shrubs, woody vines and non-herbaceous groundcover d) Hard surfaces, including walkways, paths, stairs, driveways, curbs
