Item 1 – Replace lubrication oil Item 2 – Replace lubrication oil filter Item 3 – Replace Fuel Filter Item 4 – Inspect Air Filter (Price for replacement will be in writing, prior to replacement) Item 5 – Pressure test radiator and check hoses (etc.) for leakage and pliability Item 6 – Check anti-freeze and add if needed (up to 1 gallon) Item 7 – Inspect engine heater for operation and correct heat output Item 8 – Replace spark plugs/compression test (if applicable) Item 9 – Check unit for fuel or oil leakage Item 10 – Service battery, add water, clean post, check specific gravity and check battery charger Item 11 – Inspect transfer switch for proper operation, check connections and settings Item 12 – Check all safety circuit alarms for proper operation Item 13 – After each inspection/repair/visit, contractor shall provide a detailed written report. The report shall include details of the work performed and recommendations for corrective maintenance not covered by the preventative maintenance service.
