For purposes of this Contract, a passenger SUV is defined as a passenger four door vehicle with a larger build and engine than a sedan, raised ground clearance, may include off-road design features, and encompasses the crossover vehicles. It does not include station wagons, minivans, or passenger vans. 1.2.2 Vendor will provide passenger SUVs on as as-needed basis. SUVs shall be new, unused and the manufacturer's current models in production at the time of order. 1.2.3 All SUVs will be classified by the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in the published Fuel Economy Guide. SUVs will be fully compliant with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, specifications, standards, and requirements. SUVs shall conform to all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and shall be designed, constructed, equipped, and installed to be fully suitable for their scope, intended use, purpose and service. 1.2.4 The Vendor will not display a dealer logo of any kind on any portion of the vehicle (e.g. decals, mud flaps, license plate frames, etc.).
