Specifications include, but are not limited to: delivering and filling 1,500-gallon above-ground fuel tanks situated in the Public Works Yard at the intersection of 5th and Main Streets. Additionally, the vendor must provide gasoline and diesel fuel for the above-ground fuel tanks at the cemetery at 1000 Pleasantview Avenue, diesel fuel for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Solid Waste Transfer Station on Fisher Avenue, diesel fuel for three (3) lift stations equipped with standby generators, gasoline for Francis Park, and diesel fuel for standby generators at City Hall and the North Fire Station. No delivery charges will be permitted. Diesel fuel deliveries must comply with ASTM D975-08 standards, while gasoline and/or gasohol deliveries must adhere to ASTM D4814- 08a standards.; The successful vendor is required to periodically replace the fuel filters on the City's dispensing equipment as recommended by the manufacturer. This filter replacement is considered incidental to the fuel delivery, and no additional charges will be incurred by the City for this service.
