A. Review of Goals, Objectives and Existing Conditions: Architect will work to understand the goals and objectives for the project. A review of existing conditions will be undertaken including location of utility connections. B. Project Schedule: City and architect will finalize a schedule for each phase of the project. C. Determination of Right Size and Best Location: Architect will work to right size the pavilion and determine the best positioning for the structure based on the goals and objectives. Right sizing will include a determination of usable underroof square footage for the market and the number of parking spaces to be provided underroof. D. Design Development and Estimation: Architect will finalize a concept plan and a construction estimate. E. Presentation: Architect will prepare and present the design to convey the project publicly. F. Construction & Bid Documents: Architect will finalize construction documents for permit and bidding. G. Construction Assistance: Architect will assist with the interpretation and clarification of contract documents, respond to field construction issues as necessary, create punch list and as built documents.
