Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors offering reporting software which would allow the Financial Affairs Office to build on-demand, complex, critical financial reports. The College’s current ERP/reporting solution is Ellucian Colleague/SAP Business Objects. This software is not intended to replace either of those, but rather will be in addition to them. Currently the College utilizes Oracle Hyperion for Ad Hoc analysis (through SmartView Excel add-on) and for Financial Reporting through its Reporting module. The College is looking to replace that functionality with a new solution, however, we do not intend to purchase a fully operational budgeting and planning tool. The ideal solution is a reporting software that integrates easily with our current ERP system and allows employees from the Financial Affairs Office and Budget Office to create on-demand and more complex reports easily, without IT assistance
