DESCRIPTION
Summary of construction work consists of: site demolition (i.e., existing utilities, guardhouse, and pavement, path, trees); underground utilities (i.e., domestic water, sanitary system, electric, communications system, drainage); site work (i.e.,, vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian access ways, grading and drainage improvements, asphalt and gravel pavement, gravel hardscape, and concrete curb, street lighting, wayfinding signage, landscape restoration), and installation of security system (i.e., rolling gate, prefab guardhouse, inbound & outbound security gates, and site cameras).

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING/SITE VISIT
A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Central Time, May 3, 2023, at Lower-Level Entrance of Wilson Hall. Please see Section 3.
