Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Labor and Materials: Relocate Furniture, Remove Existing Flooring, Apply Skim Coat, Install commercial grade 12x12 VCT, and Reinstall Furniture in its Original Location for approximately 2,250 sq. ft. which includes the Front Reception Area, Main Office, and Conjoining Offices during Christmas Break Uninstall and Relocate Office Furniture to Designated Location Remove Existing Flooring, Sub-Flooring, Quarter-Rounds, and Thresholds Furnish and install Skim Coat Furnish and install commercial grade 12x12 VCT Strip and rewax floor with at least three coats of wax applied after install.
