The College of DuPage is seeking proposals for Faculty Evaluation Software. This project aims to select and implement a faculty evaluation system for both full and part time faculty. The selected software will improve the experience of faculty who must complete professional development and evaluation cycles. College of DuPage faces challenges in effectively evaluating instructor performance due to a lack of flexibility, detailed analytics, and integration within our current systems (Watermark Faculty Success is being used for adjunct faculty. Manual processes are being used for full time faculty.) These weaknesses limits our ability to provide comprehensive feedback and hampers data-driven decisionmaking for improving teaching quality and student outcomes. To address these issues, we are seeking a faculty evaluation software solution from a vendor with experience in higher education. The solution should offer customizable evaluation forms and workflows for various teaching formats (in-person, online, and hybrid), robust analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights, and seamless integration with our existing HR platform, Cornerstone and/or our student information system Ellucian Colleague. The software must feature a user-friendly interface for both faculty and administrative staff and be scalable for use in small departments or institution-wide. The selected vendor should have proven experience in higher education, a commitment to continuous product improvement, and comprehensive customer support, including assistance with implementation and ongoing training.
