Perform inspections, repairs, maintenance services to the elevators located at Shapiro Center *Provide technicians for repair and maintenance services, emergency services, emergency repairs and after hours services, if necessary. *Provide Annual Performance testing on 13 elevators on campus. This FAID (Fire Alarm Initiating Device)testing needs to be coordinated between elevator and smoke sensitivity company in possession of the facility contract with Shapiro Center. *Inspect all system components and provide a written report including costs of repair and/or correct deficiencies found during inspections. *The vendor and vendor’s employees shall possess and maintain current municipal, county, state, and/or federal license(s) and/or certification(s) required for elevator inspection, repair and maintenance services at no cost to the Center. The vendor may be required to provide verification of license(s).
