Perform Inspections, Repairs, Maintenance Services to the Elevators located at Fox Developmental Center. Provide certified technicians for repair and maintenance services, emergency services, emergency repairs and after-hours services, if necessary. Provide annual performance testing, quarterly preventative maintenance SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: This contract is with the vendor to perform inspections, repairs, maintenance services to the elevators located at Fox Developmental Center. Vendor will provide the following and will work in conjunction with the Chief Engineer of Fox Developmental Center. Technicians and parts for repair and maintenance services of the elevators located at Fox Developmental Center when necessary. All Annual Performance testing on 6 elevators at facility. The FAID testing needs to be coordinated between elevator and smoke sensitivity company in possession of the facility contract with Wm. W. Fox Developmental Center to maintain compliance. Quarterly preventative maintenance and Inspection of all system components and provide a written report including costs of repair and/or correct deficiencies found during inspections. The vendor and vendor’s employees shall possess and maintain current municipal, county, state, and/or federal license(s) and/or certification(s) required for elevator inspection, repair and maintenance services at no cost to the Center. The vendor may be required to provide verification of license(s).
