The UILS Hotel Room estimate ensures 50 rooms with an option to add 30 rooms to support UILS international attendees. Internatinal Logisitics Symposium (UILS)is scheduled from 24-26 June 2025 at the Duane Cassidy Conference Center on Scott AFB.
A hotel is required for our interantional participants with a check in date of 22 June 2025 and check out date of 27 June 2025.

Which has a Small Business Size Standard of $40M and PSC Code V231 Transportation/ Travel/ Relocation- Travel/ Lodging/ Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel, Motel. From this quotation, a single award will be made. Please provide an offer for the service listed below by 28 February 2025 @ 4:00 PM (central time). If this date is not possible, please contact the above to discuss a completion date. To be considered for award, offerors must have an active registration in SAM.
