6. Evaluation Criteria: Quotations will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Offerors must meet all technical requirements specified in the solicitation to be considered technically acceptable.
7. Additional Information: This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued under FAR Part 13. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this solicitation.
