Specifications include, but are not limited to: Landscape Architectural Services required under this contract include, but are not limited to: master planning, program analysis, preliminary design, cost estimating, final design (construction documents), procurement (bidding) assistance, construction administration, on-site observation, and post-construction phase services. Typical projects may include pedestrian plazas, green infrastructure, low impact development (LID), hardscape restoration, native and prairie landscapes, small courtyard plaza spaces, etc. The Professional Services Consultant should have access to consulting resources that provide diverse experience and expertise to include but not necessarily be limited to incidental civil, structural, mechanical, architectural, electrical, and hazardous material remediation or others as may be necessary to successfully complete each Landscape Architectural Retainer project.
