Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a vendor to provide Security Fencing for Stevenson Hall and anti-climb fencing for Jefferson Hall at McFarland Mental Health Center located at 901 Southwind Road, Springfield, IL 62703. Successful bidder will be required to have gate system work seamlessly with the facilities software and controls and gating that is provided. at the McFarland Mental Health Center’s (as ‘McFarland MHC’) Facility Located at 901 Southwind Road, Springfield, IL 62703. The existing system is HIKCentral Professional 1.4.2 for the cameras and access control and LIftmaster Comercial gate operator Model # MSTDCBB3 for the gating.; 1.3. Fencing at Stevenson Hall: Vendor to do a Complete Excavation of old fencing including gate openings on Stevenson Hall and replace with Curvature Anti climb fencing identical to the type in place at Lincoln North, Lincoln South and Kennedy Hall.; 1.3.1. New poles, concrete, fencing and gates for anti-climb fence is to be installed.; 1.3.2. New concrete of a depth of 6” is to be poured beneath each new gate for added security and to prevent digging under gate while providing a hole for drop rods.; 1.3.3. Approximately 750 feet of Curved perimeter fencing is to be installed.; 1.3.4. It is the vendors responsibility to incur all costs associated with any unforeseeable’ s while digging or during the removal and construction of this project. (i.e. cables, fiber, chilled water lines etc.); 1.4. Fencing at Jefferson Hall: 1.4.1. Approximately 400’ of 5’ high anti-climb fence is to be installed alongside of Jefferson Hall building. ; 1.4.2. The top of the anti-climb fence will meet top of building and extend down 5’. ; 1.4.3. Fence will be attached to vertical steel posts provided by the vendor and be plate mounted to the building’s exterior brick wall.
