Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor must have sufficient manpower and equipment available to clear the snow from all lots within a three (3) hour period. 2. In the Hickory Creek Parking Lot, all snow must be pushed to the south and west end of the lot. 3. Contractor shall maintain and provide a 24-hour phone number to be utilized during the winter months to ensure that the Village can make contact at any time. 4. The Public Works Director, Assistant Public Works Director or Street Supervisor shall notify the Contractor as to when the snow removal services shall be needed. NOTE: Times may be flexible for each snowfall depending on snowfall time and/or duration. 5. The Contractor shall not provide salting of the parking lots. All salt will be applied by the Village. 6. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage caused by Contractor to, (but not limited to), curbing, asphalt, cables, poles and signs for numbering spaces, landscaped islands, sidewalks and any adjacent property, and repair all damage before May 1st of the same fiscal year.
