Tenders are invited to provide a full-service rain barrel ordering and delivery service to individual homeowners of the District’s service area in Cook County and parts of Will County, Illinois, and from time-to-time for other recipients on an as-needed basis, such as to scheduled special events, or to one of the District’s various facilities. The Contractor shall provide full management of the District's rain barrel program, including order form hosting, payment processing, and the furnishing and delivering of rain barrels. The Contract shall commence five (5) business days following the mailing/emailing date of a Purchase Order, or January 1, 2026, whichever occurs later, and shall terminate on December 31, 2028, or upon expenditure of available funds, whichever occurs sooner.
