Under the direction of the City of Rockford Facility Maintenance Supervisor, the work to replace the Fire Station 4 Hood of 2959 Shaw Woods Drive shall consist of the following: 3.1 Prints/Plans. All work must be done according to the plans, hereto attached as ‘Attachment A’. 3.2 There is to be no disruption to building wide workflow including but not limited to: construction sounds (jackhammer, cutting, build, etc.), use of elevators during working hours, and dust/construction mess control. Any work deemed a disruption will have to be scheduled/planned for after-hours, based on operating schedules. 3.3 Water can be turned off in one (1) hour increments Fire Station wide, notification to be made prior to turnoff. 3.4 Any needed staging area to be agreed upon with the City of Rockford Facilities Maintenance Supervisor before the project start date (including use of main lot for drop off/employee parking/etc.)
