Specifications include, but are not limited to: America’s Central Port is requesting a proposal from qualified contractors to complete the following concrete work: 1.) REMOVAL: Saw cut, excavate, and haul off items 1 through 5 from the Bid Sheet. This includes the existing road surface and additional excavation to a depth of approximately 3.5 feet. 2.) INSTALLATION: Road Patch - Backfill and compact 0.5 feet of Type A rock, backfill and compact 2 feet of CA6 in lifts, and install 1 foot of concrete with road mesh (no anchoring required). Match with existing road elevation to allow for no puddling. Provide winter protection if needed. Item 1 located at Whse 1 suite F may need to be completed in half so that the entire dock entrance is not closed for deliveries.
