The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Class B Water Testing Services at the Federal Correctional Institution located in Pekin, IL. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract year shall consist of (1) 12-month base year with up to (4) 12-month option years and an option for a 6-month extension.
Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Research Questionnaire will be available on or about Monday, April 21, 2025, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration's website at www.sam.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.
Interested parties can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market research questionnaire survey is Monday, May 12, 2025, at 1:00 pm, CST. All responses to the Market Research Questionnaire maybe submitted via email to hfrei@bop.gov. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for the market research questionnaire will be accepted.
