Specifications include, but are not limited to: This study includes three phases. The initial phase in evaluating and assessing multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) in Illinois will be to conduct individual assessments of each currently operating team - including their implementation and practices. The assessment will pay special attention to practical, management-oriented issues, as well as interpersonal and group dynamics. This phase of the study should emphasize findings that will aid in: - identifying the most promising and effective approaches and components that should be required of MDTs - identifying issues regarding replication - supporting system efficiency - providing justification (overall effectiveness) to aid sites in securing continued support
