Scope of Work
The Office of Program Manager - Saudi Arabia National Guard (OPM-SANG) Aviation Division contemplates an acquisition for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system capable of supporting the OPM-SANG Ministry of National Guard (MNG) Aviation in supply chain management, maintenance operations, mission and operations, training management, and property book functions. The G21-ERP system (wholly owned by CLR Integrated Solutions, Inc.) has been vetted by the MNG and determined to contain the systems necessary for integration with MNG systems. The OPM-SANG MNG contemplates the need for unlimited license use of the G21-ERP system as well as a local program manager and two local field service reps to support the following locations;
1. Aviation Headquarters, Ministry of National Guard Aviation, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
2. Dirab Aviation Air Base (DAA), Dirab, KSA
3. 1st Aviation Brigade, Khashm Al An Airfield (KAA), Khashm Al An, KSA
4. Khashm Al An Heliport, Khashm Al An, KSA (Reserved)
5. Information Center (IC) Office, Ministry of National Guard, KSA (Reserved)
Period of Performance: One base year, with two additonal one-year option periods.
Responses Requested:
1. Would you company be able to supply, install, and service the G21 ERP or can you provide proof of a relationship/resale agreement with CLR Integrated Solutions, Inc. to supply, install, and service the G21 ERP?
2. If these requirements were formally solicited as a Request for Proposal, would your company submit a proposal?
3. If the answer is "no" to question #2, what obstacles would prevent you from submitting a proposal?
