PROJECT SCOPE This project will provide a pedestrian and bicycle connection for the R.P. Lumber Center to the Madison County Transit’s trail system. This project runs on the south side of Governors’ Parkway from Tiger Drive to the Madison County Transit Nickel Plate Trail. The project length is approximately 3,050 feet (0.58 miles). The project will involve grading, drainage culverts, shared use path construction, ADA ramps, crosswalks, signage, and all incidental and collateral work. This project is largely funded by a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality grant administered by the East-West Gateway Council of Governments III. SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services shall meet IDOT standard phase two preliminary engineering services for local agency agreement. These services include developing plans, specifications, and estimates. A Project Development Report has already been approved by IDOT.
