The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (Illinois Tollway) is dedicated to providing and promoting a safe and efficient system of toll supported highways while ensuring the highest possible level of service to its customers. The Illinois Tollway is looking for vendors who share this commitment and will help meet this goal. The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) is seeking a vendor to deliver Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services, Peer Support Group Training, and Trauma-Based Workshops. The EAP Services must comply in all respects as specified below. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of Three (3) years. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. Per, 30 ILCS 500/20-60. The Tollway has the option to renew for the following terms: Two (2) years. 1.1. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) isseeking a vendor to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services, Peer Support Group Training, and Trauma-Based Workshops. The vendor must provide a comprehensive employee assistance programto ISTHAemployees and their family members on a voluntary, confidential, and professional basis, in matters relating to their physical and emotional well-being. The contract must also provide training and assistance for ISTHA supervisors and managers to help them identify employees who may benefit from working with the EAP. The vendor will provide an EAP representative for all onsite and virtual health and wellness fairs. The vendor will provide specialized trauma-based workshops and peer support group training designed for ISHTA’s Roadway teams. 1.2. MILESTONES AND DELIVERABLES: • Vendor shall submit a status report one (1) week after the initial employee services have commenced and after each case is completed. Status reports should include the number of EAP cases, the type or category of service provided, the number and reason for Supervisorial Referral cases, and the number of direct contacts, online cases with the type or category of service provided. Status reports shall show increases or decline in usage, must include all outstanding and completed cases performed for each individual. Status reports should be provided to the Tollway quarterly, upon request, and submitted as an annual report, per contract year.
