Specifications include, but are not limited to: All Contractors must: a. Ensure the support will meet the needs of the Health Department administrators and staff. b. Demonstrate financialstability. c. Disclose any third-party supplier relationships, including strategic partnerships. d. Be qualified as, or have significant experience supporting, Health Center Controlled Networks. e. Have the ability to recommend and provide a variety of support models including a comprehensive implementation and transition plan. f. Have an effective, collaborative relationship with NextGen. g. Provide evidence of experience with similarly sized and scoped organizations, including Federally Qualified Health Centers, Community Mental Health Centers, and local public health agencies. h. Provide strategic guidance for both immediate and long-term support and optimization, including meeting with Health Department executives to discuss optimization on an agreed upon frequency. i. Provide full service NextGen system support, including but not limited to: 1. Template development and design, and custom report writing 2. Interface development and support 3. Data conversions 4. Meaningful Use guidance 5. QSI Dental hosting & support services 6. On-site Go Live support and on-site support options 7. Technology planning 8. Information security, privacy, and compliance Page 4 of 23 9. UDS reporting 10. Disaster recovery 11. 24/7 helpdesk 12. Training and knowledge-sharing 13. Active, collaborative user group 14. Patch/version management and robust change control 15. Third party product solutions integrated with NextGen 16. Consulting services 17. Software license management 18. Support for mobile device connectivity to NextGen 19. Implementation services for additional NextGen functionality.
