Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County currently licenses “New World ERP” software from Tyler Technologies. This software provides functionality in the area of budgeting, accounting, finance, revenue collections/receipting, vendor management, payroll, procurement, and human resources management. Tyler Technologies is no longer marketing that solution, so McLean County is interested in exploring replacement options and would like to explore the procurement of a cloud-based solution. McLean County manages approximately 950 Full-Time Employees along with many seasonal employees, interns, and volunteers. There are currently approximately 80 licensed finance users of the current system and 55 licensed users of the human resources module.
