Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County currently operates a Central Square FinancePLUS solution that has been in use since 2002. While the County has been able to operate at a satisfactory level froman ERP standpoint,there are areas in which current technologies could create operational efficiencies, reduce manual processes and streamline internal processes. The County seeks to implement a “vanilla” software package and to limit the amount of modification to the base application. It also requests that the selection process minimize impact to ongoing operations. The solution proposed should be a turn-key solution. The County will consider proposalsfor both a County hosted solution as well as a Vendor hosted solution. Proposersshould use the minimum functional requirements provided in Attachment E for more detail regarding intended scope and follow the specific guidance provided in Section 6.6 of this document when completing their proposal.
