Bloomington-Normal, IL within the Fall of 2025 (September-October). • The training must be consistent with EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) standards and should be designed to enhance trauma-informed care competencies among clinicians. • Delivery: Submitters must be prepared for, at a minimum in person delivery of training for at least 50 professionals. Submitters who can provide training in a hybrid in person-virtual format may be considered more favorably. The submitters will need to incorporate trauma-informed care principles thought-out the training to ensure that all participants feel safe, supported, and respected. • Duration: The schedule itself needs to have room for flexibility. An example of the training could reflect as follows: Two separate sessions, 3-4 days each, for a total of 6-8 training days o Preferred weekend availability to accommodate working professionals. • Supplies: Selected business/organization must supply all necessary training materials, including but not limited to manuals, workbooks, handouts, and ensure participants receive any necessary documentation and certificate of completion valid with EMDRIA
