Specifications include, but are not limited to: CPS recognizes that deploying an enterprise e-signature solution will require applying best practices by standardizing business processes and streamlining current operations for increasing efficiency. CPS is issuing an RFI to gather information for a roadmap and cost model for enterprise implementation and integration of e-signature with core district systems, including but not limited to, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Student Information Systems (i.e., Aspen, SSM, SchooLink), Parent Portal, Contract Management, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and the Local School Council (LSC) Dashboard. Specifically, we seek information to refine our recommendations for: ● E-signature platform capabilities ● Authentication and identity management ● API integrations ● Data management ● Document Management ● Operations support ● Technical support ● Use case development ● Training ● Governance ● Enterprise change ● Total Cost of Ownership
