Brief Description: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to collect information specific to the availability of products and services with functionality for an Online Recruiting and Application processing solution. Vendors interested in sharing with the Illinois Tollway information regarding their application are invited to respond in writing. Please provide a detailed description of your companys application. Responses to this request should include at a minimum: 1) contact information, including address, phone and email 2) a description of the company 3) a description of the application, including functionality and, as applicable, technical design and 4) a description of the applications history. It would be most helpful (although it is not required) for interested vendors to provide one or more existing client references who would be willing to speak to the Tollway about their experience with this application. Please provide a detailed description of your companys solution and other value added services. To help the Tollway further define the range of features and functionality, the Tollways Administration department may ask that you provide a demonstration of your solution to the team. Participation in the RFI response and/or demonstration does not influence decisions on a possible subsequent solicitation. Though we would like to understand purchasing options, DO NOT include pricing within your response. 2.1 SUMMARY: AGENCYS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to collect information specific to the availability of products and services with functionality for an Online Recruiting and Application processing solution. The Tollways Administration department is considering enhancing its current methodology with an online comprehensive application processing solution. The requirement is to enable job applicants, both external and internal to the Tollway, to create a secure account, develop a profile, view open job positions, apply for positions, update and maintain their account. In addition, the Administration department requires the ability to efficiently process applications and requisitions to help identify the best candidate for an open position. BACKGROUND: 1. The current process is primarily manual. Records are maintained in a Unisys application and Microsoft Office applications. There are 10 personnel that process applications. The Tollway receives 3,000 to 5,000 applications for employment per year for 100 positions. 2. Describe the job applicant profile and online application portal. 3. Describe the internal collective bargaining Job Bidding capabilities. 4. Describe the interfaces with social media. 5. Describe requisition management and approval process. 6. Describe application analysis (i.e. pre-screening/pre-qualification), interview management, and assessment capabilities. 7. Describe testing and scoring capabilities. 8. Describe applicant tracking and scheduling capabilities. 9. Describe compliance management capabilities. 10. Describe the workflow management, collaboration, notification/alert and review/approval process. 11. Describe flexibility in customization of fields, user interface, functionality and reporting. 12. Describe data import and exporting features. 13. Describe reporting capabilities, analysis/statistical capabilities and report generation. 14. Describe search functionality. 15. Describe how much training is required to use the software both for the user and administrators. 16. Describe the hardware requirements for the software. 17. Describe security features (i.e. role based access). 18. What database software does the application software run under (i.e., Sequel, Oracle, etc.)? 19. Describe data export/import capabilities and the ability to integrate with a Tier 1 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
