The Chicago Park District invites experienced firms to submit their proposal for District-Wide Floral Gardens: Design, Install & Maintain. The awardee shall provide all equipment, materials, tools, labor, services, supervision, transportation, vehicles, fuel, and work, etc. necessary to perform the contract work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this specification. Additionally, the awardee will provide services of the highest and best quality, competitively priced and delivered in a timely manner. Lastly, the awardee must have experience and an established, credible reputation for providing similar landscape services to large, high-profile, heavily-used sites with similar landscape elements, and for servicing large-volume, multiple location customers.
