The work consists of demolishing and removal of the single-family dwelling (approximately 949 square foot, one story 2-bedroom ranch), detached garage, driveway and private walkways listed address and PIN. This includes foundations, footings, slabs, walls, columns, floors, pier and partitions, driveways, and private walkways. The Contractor shall protect all public sidewalks, curbs and streets, as well as any public or private structures not part of this contract, from damage. No debris or equipment shall obstruct any public sidewalk, street, or other public way at any time. Any damage to these improvements is the responsibility of the Contractor to repair or replace immediately and to the standards established by the Village of Park Forest. The Contractor shall protect all trees on the property.
