The scope of work includes demolishing the two storage buildings and constructing a new maintenance building and material laboratory. The new maintenance building shall include, but is not limited to, offices, truck and equipment bays, wash bays, storage rooms, break rooms, restrooms, mechanics bays with lifts, liquid brine manufacturing and storage, and parts rooms. The new material laboratory shall include office space, break room, restrooms, laboratory space and an area for receiving samples. The work also includes replacing fuel storage tanks and fuel island and all required site work. The project shall include temporary office space and meeting room with restrooms. Temporary utilities may be required to allow for continued operation of the salt storage building during construction.
