Complete Removal of Demo Debris • Disposal of demo debris Including all concrete and building materials on site • Debris going to the landfill must be in lined trucks and treated as asbestos Contractors will be required to hire EPA registered wrapping company for trucks • All concrete must be disposed of including the loading dock area • Basement and crawl space areas shall be completely cleared of debris; basement walls must be removed to 3 feet below grade. Basement floor slabs shall be broken into pieces no larger than two (2) square feet in area to permit drainage. Backfill of the property • All basements, crawl spaces and excavated areas shall be backfilled with non-organic filling materials and shall be deposited in layers not to exceed twelve (12) inches in thickness and mechanically compacted to assure compaction • layer of topsoil at least four (4) to six (6) inches deep is required, the site shall be seeded in quantities of at least 100 pounds per acre • HOUSEKEEPING Upon arrival at the job site, material and equipment shall be stored in an organized fashion in areas pre- approved by the City. The city will be notified of work and delivery schedules and in all cases every effort willbemade to closely coordinate work to avoid disturbing ongoing traffic operations. Employee and construction vehicles will be parked in areas approved by City. Construction debris will be kept contained at all times.
