The vendor is to provide two (2) portable toilets: 1.2.1. Individual in Custody Yard – One (1) Portable Toilet rental paid by the Inmate Benefit Fund (IBF). 1.2.2. Commissary Building – One (1) Portable Toilet rental paid by the General Revenue Fund (GRF). For security reasons, the unit designated for the yard, Individuals in Custody - IBF (Section 1.2.1) needs to meet the following specifications: Toilet shall not have a front door. Toilet capacity shall be at least 25 gallons. Toilet unit shall not have casters. Toilet unit shall not have toilet paper holders. Toilet unit shall not have hand sanitizer. Toilet unit shall not have any removable metal parts. 1.2.4. The unit designated for the Commissary Building – General Revenue Fund – GRF (Section 1.2.2) needs to meet the following specifications: Toilet shall have a front door. Toilet capacity shall be at least 25 gallons. Toilet unit shall have casters. Toilet unit shall have toilet paper holders. Toilet unit shall have hand sanitizer. Toilet unit shall not have any removable metal parts.
