OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: Pontiac Correctional Center is seeking bids to provide rental services for two 60-ton chiller rentals, delivery, and installation for the Administrative and Programs buildings. Chiller must be compatible with the equipment previously installed to accommodate operation and usage of chiller. Must include installation of water connection hoses and temporary electrical cables. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: Rental of two 60-ton portable air-cooled chillers, including all labor, tools, parts, and special equipment necessary to install the unit; Vendor must be licensed and certified to perform duties involved in delivering and installing two 60-ton chillers. Vendor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment to effectively make the necessary repairs. Chiller shall meet the following specifications: 60-ton air cooled chillers with pump; Ready for outdoor operation; Complete microprocessor control center; Single point power connection; Low ambient temperature operation to 0 degrees Fahrenheit; High ambient temperature operation to 125 degrees Fahrenheit; Brine mode to 15 degrees Fahrenheit
