Specifications include, but are not limited to: This reclamation project will reclaim public safety hazards and environmental problems remaining at the abandoned Forsythe Energy C.C. Cambria surface mine site in Williamson County, approximately one mile west of Cambria. Problems include 4150 feet of dangerous highwalls and ten hazardous water bodies associated with the highwalls along with 34 acres of coal processing waste. Procuring this reclamation work will eliminate the public safety hazards by constructing safe, stable slopes using adjacent mine spoil, installation of guardrail along public roadways and consolidating coal processing waste and capping with three feet of mine spoil Vegetation will be established on all disturbed areas.
