Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Ensure all federated Genetec Security Center Software is updated to the current version, verify and correct as required but no less than bi-annually.; 1. All licensing costs should be included; B. Corrective and Preventative hardware and software maintenance services for all video surveillance systems including: 1. Cameras both interior and exterior; 2. Network switches dedicated to video system components; 3. Servers dedicated to video system components; 4. Workstations and monitors; 5. All related wiring and auxiliary equipment; C. The district intends to transition to browser-based camera viewing within the next year. ; 1. All setup and maintenance support for this transition should be provided as an alternate.; D. Ensure all Software House CCure 9000 software is updated to the current version, verify and correct as required but no less than bi-annually.; 1. All licensing costs should be included; E. Corrective and Preventative hardware and software maintenance services for all access control devices included but not limited to: 1. Access Control Panels; 2. Card Readers; 3. Panic Buttons; 4. Request to Exit (REX) device; 5. Aiphone LEF intercom / door control units; F. Contractor must describe all system preventative maintenance (PM) tasks/actions that will be included and the associated PM schedule. If awarded the contract, the Contractor must provide verification of completion to the owner on an annual basis.; G. The contractor will provide support in creating and maintaining unique end user credentials and access level restrictions for the viewing of distinct cameras at each location via a workstation, remote desktop, or through the web client for browser-based viewing.; H. The contractor will provide an electronic inventory listing of all access Control and Video Surveillance equipment for each building, including logins and passwords, IP addresses, room locations, model numbers, and software versions. It is the responsibility of the contractor to also verify the device counts at each site and to supply the district with an inventory report by location each calendar year.; I. Agreement includes all labor during normal business hours (M-F 6AM-3PM).; 1. If parts are not included as part of this proposal, the Contractor must provide an itemized cost sheet for replacement parts with the material markup not to exceed 7% over costs.; 2. If parts are not included as part of this proposal, the Contractor must also provide the estimated yearly cost of replacement parts based on the inventory list provided by the District.; 3. Exclusions include acts of God and/or vandalism, except when no damage has been caused and only a system reset is required. In that case, the reset should be completed at no additional charge.
