The Vendor shall provide trained, licensed technicians to perform maintenance services to the fire alarm systems at the Center. All services must comply with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) current edition of standards. The Vendor shall provide repair and maintenance services to the following systems and/or equipment at the Center: Wet pipe sprinkler system(s); Dry pipe system(s); Sprinkler system(s); Fire pumps; Smoke detectors and/or devices. Control valves, tamper switches, alarm valves, hydraulic nameplates, gauges and pressure regulating and relief valves; Main drains, quick opening devices and other supervisory devices to ensure proper function; Battery control unit trouble signals, annunciators, imitating devices, supervisory signal devices and alarm notification devices; All work performed under this contract shall be during normal working days which are Monday through Friday (less State holidays), between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm. Work may be performed outside the normal work hours if prior approval is granted by the Chief Engineer. System maintenance performed as necessary. The Vendor must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The Vendor shall furnish regular and emergency phone numbers for the Center to use under this contract.
