The Illinois School for the Visually Impaired located at 658 East State Street, Jacksonville, IL is seeking a vendor to mill and repave the visitor parking lot. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: Vendor to mill and remove approximately 4-6” of existing asphalt/concrete from visitor parking lot (parking lot on west side of Main Building). Vendor to remove grass and concrete curb around existing fire hydrant. Vendor to install bollards around existing fire hydrant compliant with appropriate codes. Vendor to repave parking lot using bituminous asphalt utilizing existing curb, gutter, manholes, etc. Parking areas are to be restriped and lettered/numbered after asphalt is installed. Spaces to be properly identified by code and industry standards. Vendor to remove all debris, construction materials, etc. daily and upon completion of job. Area to be repaved is approximately 14,000 square feet. All materials used must meet current safety standards and requirements.
