Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Illinois State Police (ISP) intends to procure REPAIRS on two (2) Bio Lab Freezers located at: METRO-EAST FORENSIC SCIENCE LABORATORY 2220 West Main Street, Belleville, IL. 62226. The bio lab walk in freezers are 2 separate refrigeration systems. Both Circuit A and Circuit B have compressor windings shorted to ground. The compressors will need to be replaced, along with the contactors and liquid line driers. New high acid capacity cores will need to be installed in the suction drier shell which is already in place. R404A refrigerants will need to be replaced as well since they have been burned. After the new compressors have been in service for a couple of days, we will need have the contaminated suction drier cores removed and replaced with felt filter elements. Vendors shall be required to perform scope of services contained within this contract with their own employees and maintain, or have the resources to obtain, adequate personnel to fulfill contract requirements. There shall be no subcontracting of labor for any portion of services provided within this contract. Prevailing wage for St. Clair County need to be taken into consideration when paying employees to perform work.
