Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Director’s Office of the Department of Children and Family Services requires mini-bus transportation for 8-10 executive staff leaving from Chicago traveling to various southern and central Illinois locations and returning to Chicago over a three-day period. The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) requires mini-bus transportation and driver services to various Illinois locations over a three-day period to allow for a working road show. Transportation accommodations should effectively allow for laptop use and provide space to facilitate meetings during travel for 8-10 DCFS staff. No State vehicles can accommodate this request. Multiple vehicles would not allow for a working road show or facilitate meetings during travel. Opportunities exists to contract with Illinois Small Businesses and/or Business Enterprise Program certified businesses for these services. 2.2 SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED This event requires a mini-bus for 8-10 staff and all luggage, driver, all transportation cost including fuel, applicable tollway fees, applicable parking fees, service charge fees, and any and all ancillary cost.
