Specifications include, but are not limited to: DCEO, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is seeking a qualified firm to provide selected program management services to support a third disaster recovery program allocation, approved on behalf of Illinois in February 2011, known as the CDBG-Disaster Recovery Enhancement Fund ("DREF"). Additionally, DCEO is seeking management support for elements of Illinois' CDBG-"Midwest" Disaster Recovery program and portions of Illinois' CDBG-"IKE" program that are currently without, or have limited, management support.
